If something’s not right, we’ll make it right. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us at info@graceandaugust.com within 30 days of purchase.

When you contact us, please include:

  • 📸 A clear photo of the issue
  • 🧾 Your order number or proof of purchase

We’ll review your claim quickly and offer either a replacement or a full refund — no hassle, no stress.

🌼 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
  • You’ll be notified once your refund has been approved and issued.
  • Please allow a few business days for it to appear in your account.
