In the event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, we kindly request that you initiate a refund request by sending us an email accompanied by photographic evidence. The majority of the items available through our platform are eligible for refund within a 30-day window from the date of purchase.

To facilitate your return process, we kindly ask for a receipt or proof of purchase to be included.
Eligibility for a refund is contingent upon the item being determined as either faulty or damaged. Regrettably, we cannot accommodate refunds for instances of change of mind. Therefore, it is imperative to provide photographic substantiation highlighting the item's faulty or damaged state.
Kindly note that items marked as "Sale" are not qualified for refunds. Items purchased at a discounted rate are not eligible for refund.
Several categories of goods are exempt from the return policy. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. Additionally, products categorized as intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned.
The following items are also non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Select health and personal care items
- Books showing explicit signs of use
- Opened CD, DVD, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items returned beyond 30 days from the delivery date
Refund Process
Upon submission of your refund request, we will communicate the outcome of your application—whether approved or declined.
In the event of approval, your refund will be meticulously processed. The credited amount will be automatically applied to your original method of payment or credit card, within a stipulated timeframe.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
Should you not have received your refund within 7 to 10 days, we recommend initially verifying your bank account status. Subsequently, if the refund remains unprocessed, kindly liaise with your credit card company. Processing timelines may occasionally lead to a delay in refund posting.
Additionally, it is advisable to engage with your bank, recognizing the potential processing duration inherent to refunds.

Sale Items
Refunds are solely applicable to regularly priced items. Items purchased at a sale price are regrettably not eligible for refund.
Exchanges
We entertain item exchanges solely in instances where they are received in a defective or damaged state.
Gifts
For items marked as gifts during purchase, with direct shipment to the recipient, a gift credit equivalent to the returned item's value will be issued upon receipt of the returned item. This credit will be issued in the form of a gift certificate, dispatched to the recipient.
In cases where the item was not designated as a gift during purchase, or the gift purchaser arranged for subsequent delivery to the recipient, a refund will be initiated to the original purchaser's payment method.
