If something’s not right, we’ll make it right. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us at info@graceandaugust.com within 30 days of purchase.
When you contact us, please include:
- 📸 A clear photo of the issue
- 🧾 Your order number or proof of purchase
We’ll review your claim quickly and offer either a replacement or a full refund — no hassle, no stress.

- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
- You’ll be notified once your refund has been approved and issued.
