🌼 Received the wrong item? We’ll replace it.
🌿 Order didn’t arrive? We’ll track it down — or refund you.

🛠 Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us at info@graceandaugust.com within 30 days of purchase. Include:
- A photo of the issue
- Your order number or proof of purchase
We’ll review your claim quickly and offer a replacement or full refund — no hassle, no stress.
💸 Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method. You’ll be notified when your refund has been approved and issued. Please allow a few days for it to appear in your account.
🎁 Gifts & Exchanges
Gift returns are eligible for store credit.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the refund is being requested by the gift recipient, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.
Exchanges are available for faulty or damaged items — just reach out to us with your order details.
