Shipping policy
At Grace & August, we offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75. Shipping rates for orders under $75 within the U.S are $4.95. International destinations are calculated at checkout.
Order Processing
Apparel is made to order and typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Garden aprons and watering cans are stocked in the U.S. and usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. (Please refer below for international shipping on these products)
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey.

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment.
International
Delivery times vary by country and may take 2–4 weeks, depending on customs and carrier processing.

• U.S. orders are printed and shipped from within the United States 🇺🇸
• Australia & New Zealand orders are printed and shipped from Australia 🇦🇺
• Other international orders are printed and shipped from the production partner closest to your delivery address whenever possible
Garden Aprons & Watering Cans
• 🇺🇸 U.S. orders ship from within the United States
• 🇦🇺 We are currently trialling shipping to Australia direct from our international warehouse
• For all other international destinations, please contact us before ordering for a shipping quote
Import Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.
International Returns
Due to high international shipping costs, we currently only accept international returns for faulty or damaged items. If there is an issue, we will always work with you to make it right.
