Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day Gardeners' Guarantee for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. If something’s not right, we’ll refund or replace it — no hassle.
Q: What if my item arrives faulty, incorrect, or the wrong size?
A: No problem! Just reach out to us at info@graceandaugust.com within 7 days of receiving it. Please include photos of the issue and we’ll send a replacement.
Q: How do I start a return or refund request?
A: Email info@graceandaugust.com with your order number. If you’ve received the wrong item, please attach a photo so we can sort it out quickly.
Q: What if my order never arrives?
A: We’ll track it down or refund you — just get in touch and we’ll take care of it.
Q: Do you offer refunds for sale items?
A: No — only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items are final sale.
Q: What if I order the wrong size t-shirt?
A: We get it — these things happen! Please check our Size Chart before ordering to make sure it’s right. Our tees are made to order, and if the wrong size is selected, we carry the cost — as a small business, we appreciate your care in double-checking before purchase.
Q: Can I return a gift?
A: Yes — gift items returned within 30 days are eligible for store credit, or a refund to the original purchaser’s payment method.
Q: Are your items based in the USA?
A: Yes — all current products on our website ship from within the USA. We use multiple warehouses, so shipping times can vary slightly by item.
Q: I only received one item — where’s the rest of my order?
A: Many of our products ship from different locations. For example, a t-shirt may be printed and sent from California, while a Grace and August Garden Apron will ship from the nearest warehouse to your address. It’s normal for orders to arrive in multiple shipments.
